报告内容概要:
Virtual power plants are able to achieve intelligent scheduling and optimization through the integration of distributed energy resources and the use of advanced information and communication technologies and software systems. Currently, virtual power plants play an important role in enhancing energy use efficiency, balancing power supply and demand, and promoting renewable energy consumption. This report studies the operation mechanism of virtual power plants, the role of energy storage systems in power regulation and control, focusing on tapping user-side flexibility resources and optimizing resource allocation. It also explores its application prospects in power market reform and energy structure transformation, especially the potential development space in emerging markets such as China. All these demonstrate the significant value shown in virtual power plants for dispatching controllable loads, participating in demand response, and so on.
