Abstract：

    The speech is trying to give the audiences an overview about the engineer training process in Germany from the education and the design of engineer system, engineering students qualification, study and training process of working in industry, to initiate the discussion how can an engineer to use his knowledge learned from university to facing and resolve the industrial problem, including creative thinking for permanent innovation.

报告人简介：

  Zhu Jiandong博士是国际著名项目管理专家。1991年至2011年，他于世界500强（排行第112位）德国巴斯夫公司工作，担任工程师、工程经理、项目经理、高级项目经理等职务。期间，他领导欧洲、西班牙、巴西以及中国的资本性支出项目执行，投资规模为300万-2.5亿欧元。2011年至2019年，他担任荷兰皇家帝斯曼集团副总裁，领导全球大型资本项目在全球范围内的项目指导和执行控制。

  Zhu Jiandong博士在1982年东北大学获采矿工程专业学士学位。1983年，他作为德国 DAAD 奖学金获得者前往德国，于1986年在柏林工业大学获得化学工程硕士学位，于1991年在凯泽斯劳滕大学获热力学博士学位。
