Abstract:
A Seru production system is a new manufacturing method developed in Japanese manufactures. Its essence is removing out traditional assembly conveyor lines and adopting them into mini-assembly units, called Seru, a Japanese word for cellular organism. However, until now almost reports about seru production system are from Japan and be not well known in the world. It motivates us to make a comprehensive research to totally investigate Seru production system. S-F scheme is a four dimensionsparadigmdeveloped by Korosawa, with Substance-structure-form-Function, to show different sides and different features of a thing, qualitatively and quantitatively. We try to use S-F scheme to describe the Seru production system, and provide a clustering approach to proof its correctness. Here we collected all the published materials about Seru production system, including books, journals, newspapers and websites. Then a keyword-factory matrix can be made for description and evaluation of Seru production system. Clustering the matrix into an S-F scheme based groups then we can describe systematically what be the Seru production system, and several insights are proposed.
Biography:
郭伟宏,博士,东京都市大学环境信息学部教授,东北大学兼职教授,Asian Association of Management Science and Applications会长。1988 年在东京工业大学获得博士学位,先后任北京航空航天大学副教授(-1988)、谷电机工业株式会社开发室研员(1991-1994)、株式会社コーベック取締役开发部长(1994.7-1998.7)、株式会社コバデンジェイシステム上席研究员(1998.8-1999.3)、秋田县立大学システム科学技术学部经营システム工学科教授、学部长(1999.4-2012.3)。
郭伟宏教授在日本式单元生产、流水线改单元系统及混合制造系统的建模与优化领域取得了杰出的成就,多次应邀在相关国际重要会议上做主题报告,发表国际杂志论文 30 余篇,成为在该领域国际著名的学者,是该领域几个开创人之一。国家自然科学基金重点国际(地区)合作研究项目项目“流水-单元混合装配系统的优化设计与批调度的理论与方法”,日方负责人。
