Consultants for the owner of a Gas Station located in Totowa, NJ. to assess possible contamination of the site by lessee who operates the station.

Consulting Engineers for the owner of a gas station in Fanwood, NJ., to review the extent of possible contamination of the property. Supervised the installation and sampling of 2 monitor wells.

Consulting Engineers for a clean-up contractor for an insurance company to investigate the impact of the sill of 2000 gallons of fuel oil from a tank truck which was ruptured while parking inside a truck repair shop. The fuel oil discharged into a dry well ans storm drain.

Site Audit and CERCLA Investigation Reports for a cosmetics warehouse and another large facility for several major insurance companies.

Site Inspection and Report for the purchaser of a gas station prior to the sale

Site and Environmental Assessment including cost estimate for repairs and modifications prior to the purchase of dyestuffs plant in Nutley, NJ.

Conducted Site Assessment prior to the purchase of a diner in Chester, NJ.

Conducted a Phase I and Phase II Site Assessment including a soil gas survey and installation of 5 monitor wells for a former gas station site in Parsippany, NJ.

Prepared Phase I Site Assessment
for apartment complex in South Plainfield, NJ.

Conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment at an Industrial complex in West Orange, NJ. Performed site investigation as well as historical records search to determine if current or past activities at the site had caused any potential environmental concerns. Sanborn Insurance Maps and historical information located at the facility were reviewed to determine previous site activities. Potential areas of concern were identified.

Completed numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for the United States Postal Services at various locations throughout Northern New Jersey. The purpose of the audits was to establish the current and past environmental conditions at properties owned and leased by the United States Postal Services. Potential areas of concern were identified for further evaluation, where necessary.

Conducted a comprehensive Phase I Site Assessment for a research facility planning to purchase a building in an industrial/office complex. Identified off-site conditions.

Conducted a Phase I Assessment at an industrial complex in Irvington, NJ. Completed a Phase I Audit of an industrial facility prior to sale of the complex. Determination of the ISRA applicability/non-applicability for tenants leasing portions of the facility was made in order for the client to proceed with the sale.

Completed a Phase I Site Assessment
for an apartment complex in South Plainfield, NJ.

Prepared specifications and supervised the burner conversion from fuel oil to gas for two schools for the Roxbury Board of Education.


Site Remediation Projects

Site Remediation of leaking underground storage storage tanks at two locations for the U.S. Postal Service, New Brunswick Division, including installation of monitor well at one of the sites.

Site Remediation of a leaking underground storage tank at the Garwood Post Office of the U.S. Postal Service, Newark Division, including installation of a monitor well.

Consultants for site remediation work following the removal of a leaking underground fuel oil tank at a garden apartment complex in North Brunswick, NJ. This required the installation of a ground water monitor well and soil borings.

RCRA Part B Treatment Storage and Disposal permit requirements for a waste oil processing facility which has 23 above ground tanks and 8 underground storage tanks. This required 30 soil borings and the installation of 4 monitor wells.

Prepared closure applications, provided environmental management, conducted sampling and prepared site investigation reports for numerous underground storage tank removals for the US Postal Service.

Prepared closure documents and provided environmental management for the abandonment in place of an underground fuel oil tank at an office building in South Orange, NJ.

Prepared closure reports, provided remedial oversight, conducted sampling, and prepared site investigation report for the removal of a waste oil UST at a chiropractic office located in Englewood, NJ.
